CNC Cutting
CNC rotary and laser cutting allows for precise machining of textiles in-house, to perfectly match the surface of your aircraft, vehicle, or vessel.

Machining
Our team of machinists, some of the most skilled in the UK, assemble our designs and follow our complex engineering assembly documents to create the best protection on the market.

Ultrasonic Welding
When 100% waterproofing is required, our advanced ultrasonic welding capability is the answer. Ideal for AOG engine protection and elimination of wasteful shrink-wrap in the transport of aircraft, vehicles and boats.

CAD Design
From point cloud data to surface modelling and creating general assembly engineering documents for our machinists, our CAD design department works with aircraft engineers to deliver keyuser requirements.
Materials
- Textiles which perform from -60degC to +80degC in high winds, icing, salt, sandstorms and extreme humidity.
- Using Instrom tensile rigs and UV/Humidity QUV chambers we test our technical textiles in the laboratory and in the field.
- Air Covers has developed a unique layering system for hot climates. AirCool© allows aircraft temperatures to remain below the ambient air temperature, eliminating the risks of heat-sink. A critical requirement for avionics, weapons, cameras and cockpits.
- Our unrivalled collection of laser scans allows us to project paint scheme designs onto our models to create bespoke covers that will not only provide the best protection but which will also be unique to you.
